TNA Sacrifice 2025 Review
I don't watch that much deathmatch wrestling, so I don't know if this match is that innovative, but this was freaking insane. I've never seen a staple gun used in that fashion before, and it was an utterly brilliant spot. It was a nice touch to start this match as the Pre-Show was ending, as it shows how heated this rivalry is. This fued is just getting started.
★★★★
It's right around this match where the flaw of this show rears its ugly head. While this was a good match, the crowd was starting to piss me off, with the majority of them siding with Tessa Blanchard (a known racist). The crowd just gets worse when it comes to the Knockouts matches, constantly distracting from the storylines going on in the match.
★★★★
Incredibly fun Lucha Rules 6-man tag, and one of the few matches on the card that wasn't ruined by the trash crowd. Plenty of good high flying action, while also furthering the storyline between the Rascalz and Wes Lee. Curious where things will go after this match.
★★★★
A match put together the day before on Impact!, but these two were able to make it work. It's a shame that I let Frankie's fued with Eddie Edwards taint my image of him as a wrestler, because I've enjoyed most of his stuff after that fued ended, including this one. These two had great in-ring chemistry. I wouldn't mind seeing these two face off again.

TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships - Spitfire vs Ash and Heather by Elegance and The Personal Concierge
Probably the worst match of the night. Nothing worst than a non-funny comedy match. The in-ring action here is just utterly forgettable. What's even worse is that they decided to have a title change tonight, so it just comes across as awkward. The ending implying Meta Four is going after the titles was pretty neat, though.
★★½
Mustafa Ali vs Mike Santana
Match of the night. Plenty of great spots throughout, and good in-ring psychology. The story presented building up too this match was excellent, and utilizes Mike Santana far better than he was utilized in AEW (not knocking, just an observation). Seriously, this storyline is the best thing going on in TNA at the moment, and this match reflects that.
★★★★½
A match that was completely ruined by the crowd. For some reason, they decided to boo Masha Slamovich (the face in the fued) the entire match. At one point, they started USA chants all because Masha Slamovich is Russian. At this point I realized that over half of the crowd was MAGA, and it started pissing me off. Ironic they're booing a Russian wrestler when their orange leader is kowtowing to the Russian prime minister (not that she's complicit for his actions anyway).
★★★
An alright ladder match with some creative spots between the two. Given the crowd with the rest of the night, I don't even know if the "Fuck you, Moose!" chant were because he's a heel or because he's black. But regardless of this, they managed to put on a decent enough ladder match. The ending sequence was insane, I'll give it that.
★★★½
10-Man Tag Team Steel Cage Match - Joe Hendry, Matt Hardy, Elijah, Leon Slater, and Nic Nemeth vs The System and The Colons
A match that took way too long to get started. The crowd was bad enough, but before this was a pointless First Class Penthouse segment, followed by Elijah singing before the match started. Once it did start, it was an okay Lethal Lockdown style match. No real memorable spots, unfortunately. But a fun time nontheless. Nic Nemeth betraying Matt Hardy was certainly interesting, though, and will lead to some interesting stuff down the line.
★★★½
PPV Grade:
Match Quality: 72/100
Show Structure: 80/100
Atmosphere: 45/100
Story: 70/100
Production: 75/100
Overall: D+ (68/100)
Probably the worst TNA PPV in some time, all thanks to the bigoted crowd and through no fault of the wrestlers. I truly hope that TNA never goes to El Paso again, because they've proven themselves to be a untrustworthy crowd, altering storylines for their bigoted views.
